MSME / SSI REGISTRATION

MSME stands for micro, small and medium enterprises and any enterprise that falls under any of these three categories. MSME enterprises are the backbone of any economy and are an engine of economic growth, promoting equitable development for all. Therefore, to support and promote MSMEs, the Government of India through various subsidies, schemes and incentives promote MSMEs through the MSMED Act. To avail the benefits under the MSMED Act from Central or State Government and the Banking Sector, MSME Registration is required.

  • Address proof of registered office
  • Address proof of directors ( Any one of electricity bill or bank statement or landline bill or mobile bill )
  • PAN of the company
  • PAN of partners, proprietors or directors as applicable
  • Bank account information
  • Opening page of bank passbook held in name of proprietor/business
  • Aadhaar Card ( Copy of partners, proprietors or directors Aadhaar Card as applicable)
  • Goods/services the applicant/entity/enterprise is dealing in
  • Number of employees of the entity/enterprise
  • Amount of investment made by the entity/enterprise
